Tata Capital launches digital campaign for investment Smart app DIY Moneyfy


Tata Capital, the flagship financial services company of the Tata Group, unveils a cheerful digital campaign to promote the distinct features and benefits of its DIY Smart Investment App – Moneyfy.

Monefy-Tata Capital’s investment app, launched a few months ago, has been well received by clients of all categories. The app currently has over 5 lakes listings, including new investors.

The latest digital campaign is conceptualized with the goal of enhancing visibility and brand equity for Moneyfy. This campaign includes a series of three videos featuring a fun and loving conversation between a father and daughter. Each film will focus on the distinct features of the Moneyfy app which are 1) goal-based investing 2) mutual fund investments and 3) availability of an on-call relationship manager.

Customers can onboard in minutes and set their individual financial goals on the app itself. Creating your own portfolio and investing is a transparent and straightforward process. In addition, Moneyfy’s built-in “My Watch List” feature allows clients to track their portfolio in real time. TIA, Tata Capital’s AI-based Chatbot and Voicebot is the latest service feature on Moneyfy. TIA, which serves as a virtual assistant, responds instantly to customer queries and also builds a personalized engagement with them.

Currently, clients can invest in a wide variety of well-researched, unbiased mutual fund programs. On top of that, Monefy also included corporate term deposits and new pension plans. In the insurance category, automobile insurance products are added to the existing offer. In addition, Tata Capital personal loans can now be used in the loans section of the app.

The digital campaign, broadcast on various digital and social media platforms, will run for 48 days. These include news and music apps, OTT platforms, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. All three films feature actor Shishir Sharma as the father and Onima Kahsyap as the daughter. The campaign is conceptualized by Viscomm Communications.
